Swetha S. – Co-Teacher & Reading Support
Ms. Swetha has been part of the RMA staff since January 2019. Prior to that, her daughter, Aadhya, attended the Pre-K program at RMA. She was thus familiar with the cheerful and supportive environment that the program provides to its students, families and faculty. In 2020, Swetha helped create RMA’s Virtual Program and does Reading Support for Kindergarten through Elementary children.
She has a background in Science from the University of Waterloo in Canada. During her studies, she interned at a high school in Toronto working with students in the Credit Recovery program. She found that she really enjoyed it and hoped to pursue teaching in the future. In 2019, Swetha completed her CDA training and is now Early Childhood Lead Teacher Certified in Colorado.
She met her husband, Mahesh, and moved to the United States in 2012. Her family has been lucky to have travelled and lived in different cities across the country. However, Parker has been her most favorite and hopes to settle down here. She loves the friendly people and family-oriented community. During her free time, she loves to spend time with her family, enjoys outdoor activities, music, and all things fun.
